Terms of Service

Effective date: May 14, 2026 (rev. 3)

These Terms govern your access to and use of Anti-AI Master (antiaimaster.com), operated by Anti-AI Master (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full.

#The Service

Anti-AI Master provides browser-based AI audio mastering. All audio processing (mastering, Anti-AI pipeline, AI detection scanning) runs in your browser using WebAssembly. Your audio files are never uploaded to or stored on our servers.

The Service is provided as a tool to assist with audio production. It does not constitute legal advice, copyright clearance, or a guarantee of any outcome on any streaming or distribution platform.

#Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

#Credits & Payment

The Service operates on a credit system. 1 credit = 1 mastered download in any output format (WAV, FLAC, MP3). Previewing and scanning are always free and do not consume credits.

Available plans:

  • Try — $2.99 one-time / 5 credits, no expiry
  • Starter — $9.99 one-time / 20 credits, no expiry
  • Creator Pack — $29.99 one-time / 75 credits, no expiry
  • Pro — $19.99/month / 70 credits per billing cycle, auto-renews
  • Studio — $39.99/month / unlimited credits, auto-renews

Credit costs per action: Single-format download = 1 credit · Pro Delivery Set (multi-format zip) = 2 credits · Premium Render (96 kHz / 32-bit float real-time capture) = 4 credits.

Monthly subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over. One-time pack credits never expire. All prices are in USD.

Taxes (VAT / GST / sales tax): All prices are listed exclusive of any value-added tax, goods-and-services tax, or local sales tax that may apply in your jurisdiction. Where applicable, PayPal collects and remits these taxes at checkout based on your billing address. You are responsible for any taxes not collected by PayPal.

Auto-renewal cancellation:Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the same price each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel at any time by signing in, opening the account dropdown in the Studio header, and selecting “Cancel subscription”. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access and credits until then.

Payments are processed by PayPal; we never see or store your payment card details. We reserve the right to change prices for new orders with at least 14 days’ notice via email or this page; existing one-time pack credits are unaffected by price changes.

#Refund Policy

One-time packs (Starter, Creator Pack): unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Contact us at [email protected] with your PayPal transaction ID.

Monthly subscriptions (Pro, Studio): you may cancel at any time. No refund is issued for the current billing period; you retain access and credits until the period ends.

EU / UK consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal: If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, by downloading any mastered file (which uses a credit) you expressly consent to immediate performance of the digital content and acknowledge that this waives your right of withdrawal for credits already consumed. Unused credits remain refundable within the 14-day window for EU/UK consumers (this is more generous than our standard 7-day window).

We reserve the right to deny refunds where we have evidence of abuse (e.g. repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, credits consumed in bad faith).

#Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate requests to the Service
  • Share, resell, or transfer credits or account access to third parties
  • Use the Service to process material you do not have the right to use
  • Process audio that infringes copyright, trademarks, or rights of publicity
  • Process audio containing illegal content, hate speech, child sexual abuse material, or content depicting real persons without their consent
  • Circumvent rate limits or access controls
  • Submit malicious files or attempt to exploit the processing pipeline

No content review: Because all audio processing runs in your browser, we do not review, monitor, or moderate the audio files you process. We rely on you to comply with the rules above. We are not a publisher of your content.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

#Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content processed via the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to [email protected] including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material and the user / account involved
  • Your contact information (address, phone, email)
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder

Note that because audio processing runs entirely in your browser, we typically do not retain copies of processed files. Where applicable, we will take reasonable action including account suspension for repeat infringers.

#AI-Generated Content — Your Responsibility

We do not verify the origin, ownership, or licensing status of audio you submit. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have the right to process and distribute the audio files you upload.

If you use AI music generation tools (Suno, Udio, MusicGen, etc.), you must comply with the Terms of Service of those platforms. Their policies regarding commercial use, ownership, and distribution of AI-generated music vary and change over time. Anti-AI Master is not a party to those agreements and accepts no liability for your compliance or non-compliance with them.

You agree to indemnify and hold Anti-AI Master harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of AI-generated content, including claims from AI-generator platforms, rights holders, or distributors.

#No Detection Guarantees

The Anti-AI processing pipeline is designed to reduce classifier confidence scores on the detectors we test against. We make no guarantee that:

  • Any specific score reduction will be achieved on your track
  • Results will persist as AI detectors retrain and update their models
  • Content-based detectors (analysing melody, structure, or generation patterns) will be affected
  • Any platform, distributor, or service will accept or approve your processed audio

Published benchmarks (e.g. “15–50% score reduction”) represent measurements averaged across a representative corpus and are not a promise of results on any individual track.

#Third-Party Platform Risk

Streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.) and distributors (DistroKid, AWAL, TuneCore, etc.) make independent decisions about AI-generated music. These decisions include — but are not limited to — rejection, removal, demonetisation, and account suspension.

Anti-AI Master has no influence over these decisions. Processing your audio with our Service does not constitute a guarantee of acceptance, continued availability, or monetisation on any third-party platform. Always verify the current AI policy of your distributor before release.

#Intellectual Property

Your content. You retain all rights to audio you submit to the Service. We claim no ownership of your input or output files. You grant us only the minimal, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence necessary to operate the Service for you (e.g. processing your file in your browser session, or briefly transmitting it to our AI detection scanner for analysis and immediate deletion).

Our intellectual property. The “Anti-AI Master” and “Live-Match” names, logos, slogans, the Anti-AI processing pipeline, the AI detection scanner architecture, source code, site design, copy, and all related materials (collectively, the “Anti-AI Master IP”) are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other applicable laws. All rights are reserved.

Trade secrets. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we expressly identify the following as our trade secrets, maintained as confidential and protected under the Uniform Trade Secrets Act (UTSA), the Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA), and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions: (i) the Anti-AI filtergraph parameters (filter chain, frequencies, gain coefficients, modulation depths, and codec configuration) served via our authenticated /api/recipe/v7 endpoint; (ii) the watermark signal design and embedded frequencies; (iii) the AI detection scanner’s classifier weights, feature extraction parameters, and fakeprint scoring logic; (iv) preset-specific EQ, compression, and saturation curves; and (v) any R&D measurements, benchmarks, or internal notes referenced by the Service. Access to these materials, when granted incidentally through the Service’s normal operation, does not transfer ownership or any licence beyond your personal use of the Service as a paying customer.

Limited licence to you. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own lawful audio production. This licence does not permit you to: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Anti-AI Master IP; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, or otherwise attempt to derive, extract, or reconstruct the source code, trade-secret parameters, filtergraph recipe, watermark signals, or classifier internals of the Service, including but not limited to inspection of network responses, in-memory state, or compiled bundles; (c) capture, store, redistribute, publish, or share — in any form — the contents of our authenticated endpoints, including the filtergraph string returned by /api/recipe/v7; (d) use the Service or any data derived from it to build, train, evaluate, or improve a competing product or detection-evasion service; (e) remove or obscure proprietary notices; or (f) use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

Enforcement.Misappropriation of our trade secrets — including extracting filtergraph parameters from authenticated API responses for any purpose other than mastering your own audio within the Service session — may give rise to injunctive relief, damages (including, where applicable, exemplary damages and attorneys’ fees under the DTSA), and termination of your account without refund. We log access to confidential endpoints and may share relevant logs with law enforcement or counsel in connection with any investigation.

Feedback. If you send us suggestions, feedback, or ideas, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

#Data & Privacy

Audio processing runs entirely in your browser. We do not upload, store, or analyse your audio files.

When you sign in with Google, we store your Google account ID, email, display name, and profile photo, plus your credit balance and transaction history. We use this data solely to operate the Service and do not sell it to third parties.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 7 business days.

For full details on data collection, retention, and your GDPR/CCPA rights, see our Privacy Policy.

#Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anti-AI Master and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of revenue or profits from streaming or distribution
  • Track removal, account suspension, or demonetisation by third-party platforms
  • Claims from AI-generator platforms or rights holders
  • Changes in AI detector behaviour that reduce effectiveness of the pipeline
  • Service interruptions, downtime, data loss, or temporary unavailability
  • Failure of third-party services we depend on (PayPal, Cloudflare, Google OAuth, hosting providers)
  • Force majeure events: natural disasters, war, terrorism, government action, internet or power outages, pandemic, or other events beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Service availability: The Service is provided on a commercially reasonable best-effort basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and we provide no service level agreement (SLA). Scheduled or unscheduled downtime does not entitle you to a refund unless required by applicable law.

Class action waiver (where permitted by law): You and Anti-AI Master agree that any claim shall be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. This waiver does not apply where prohibited by your local consumer-protection law.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty, express or implied.

#Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have:

  • Violated these Terms or our Acceptable Use rules
  • Engaged in payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or refund cycling
  • Used the Service for illegal activity, infringement, or harm to others
  • Created multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits or bans
  • Attempted to compromise the integrity or security of the Service

You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription via the account dropdown and ceasing to log in. To delete your account and all data, see the Data & Privacy section.

Upon termination for cause, unused credits are forfeited and no refund is owed. Where termination is not for cause, unused credits on one-time packs are refundable within the standard 7-day window (or 14 days for EU/UK consumers) if termination occurs within that window.

#Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers by email.

#Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this section deprives consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of the country where they reside.

Dispute resolution: Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days. If that fails, disputes shall be brought before the courts of competent jurisdiction in Seoul, Republic of Korea, except where applicable consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring claims in your home jurisdiction.

EU online dispute resolution:If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

#General Provisions

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, or severed if it cannot be made valid; the remaining provisions stay in full force.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver. A waiver is only effective if made in writing and signed by us.

Entire agreement. These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy and any product-specific notices we publish) constitute the entire agreement between you and Anti-AI Master, superseding any prior or contemporaneous understandings on the same subject matter.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely (e.g. as part of a corporate reorganisation, merger, or acquisition).

Beta & preview features. We may offer features marked “beta”, “preview”, or “early access”. These features are provided as-is, may change or be removed without notice, and are not covered by any service-level commitment. Use of beta features is at your own risk.

Electronic notices. You consent to receiving communications from us electronically — including emails sent to your registered address and notices posted at this URL. Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

Survival. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including IP, Limitation of Liability, indemnities, and Governing Law — survive any termination of these Terms.
